Some customers have paid upfront elsewhere only to receive the wrong item or nothing at all. So, we understand the fear. That’s exactly why we go the extra mile to earn your trust by sending your product first, even across states, before asking for payment.
But sadly, some people misuse this trust.
They place fake orders…
They give wrong addresses…
They switch off their phones when the dispatch rider arrives…
And along the way, we’ve spent A lot of money on logistics, fuel, packaging, rider payments only to be met with huge losses.
Each time this happens, it’s not just an inconvenience. It’s a loss.
It’s time, effort, and money we’ll never get back. And it makes it harder for small businesses like ours to keep offering POD.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS
We offer same-day delivery if you order early in the morning and you’re within the city.
We have delivery agents in all 36 states across Nigeria, so no matter where you are, we can deliver to you quickly.
But to enjoy this fast delivery, you must do your part:
Always pick your phone calls — many times riders arrive at delivery locations, but customers don’t pick up. Please don’t let this happen again.
Be ready to receive your order the same day (if within the city) or if outside the city 1–3 days depending on your location.
We also have stock available in different states, so if you order today in the morning, you can get it today. But note: our stock runs out fast, and once we sell out, prices will go up. So be ready to receive your order as soon as it arrives.
Please DO NOT place an order if any of the following applies:
You are not 100% ready to receive the item.
You cannot receive within 1–3 days of delivery.
You don’t pick calls or are unsure about completing the order (we must confirm by phone before dispatch).
You’ll be travelling or unavailable within the next 48 hours.
